Yes — multi-operator bookings are fully supported. Each service in a booking can be assigned to a different operator, and the system checks all operators' availability simultaneously before showing available slots.
Available time slots are calculated based on location working hours, operator working hours, existing bookings, buffer times, and any closure dates — all applied together so only genuinely available slots are shown to customers.
Appointment Pro supports PayPal, Stripe, cash, and bank transfer. Each location can use a central payment gateway or its own configured gateway.
Yes — customers can reschedule or cancel from their booking history inside the app, subject to the cancellation criteria and notice period configured by the admin. Cancellation charges and automatic refunds are handled by the system.
