AppMinCMS is operated by ZeltaCode Ltd ("AppMinCMS", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, using the AppMinCMS platform, purchasing modules or services, requesting a build, or accessing any part of AppMinCMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use AppMinCMS.

If you use AppMinCMS on behalf of a company, agency, reseller business, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
AppMinCMS may offer different plans, including Standard, Premium, Pro, and Enterprise. Plan features, app limits, storage, push notification limits, module access, support levels, and white-label access may vary by plan.
We may update plans, features, pricing, or limits from time to time. Where changes materially affect existing paid users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the change applies.
The Standard plan is designed for business owners launching their first native mobile app.
The Premium plan is designed for growing businesses with multiple apps, locations, or brands.
The Pro plan is designed for agencies and resellers building apps for multiple clients. Pro supports up to 100 client apps unless otherwise stated in the selected plan or agreement.
Enterprise is designed for organizations, large resellers, and partners needing a dedicated white-label deployment. Enterprise terms, pricing, limits, onboarding, custom domain setup, support, and service levels are agreed separately.
AppMinCMS may offer a 5-Year License option for selected plans. The 5-Year License:
After the 5-year period, you may renew with a new plan, subscription, or license based on the pricing and terms available at that time.
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, stated in your plan, invoice, quote, proposal, or written agreement. Fees may include:
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include third-party fees, government taxes, duties, app store fees, payment gateway charges, SMS/email provider costs, map/API costs, or other external service costs.
You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, or similar charges that apply to your use of AppMinCMS, unless we are legally required to collect and remit them.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you cancel a subscription, access usually continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation, downgrade, non-payment, chargeback, failed payment, or subscription expiry:
We may retain account and app data for a limited period after cancellation, suspension, or expiry, but we are not required to store data indefinitely.
Refund rules may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased. Unless stated otherwise in writing:
We may issue refunds at our discretion where required by law, where a service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to AppMinCMS, or where a written agreement states specific refund rights.

Platform white-label does not automatically include custom domain setup, dedicated deployment, source code ownership, or self-hosting rights.
Enterprise customers may receive a dedicated white-label deployment under their own domain where agreed in writing. Enterprise deployment may include:
Enterprise deployments are hosted and managed by AppMinCMS. AppMinCMS manages hosting, updates, modules, security, maintenance, and platform source-code control unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Enterprise does not include source code transfer, self-hosting rights, resale of AppMinCMS source code, or independent infrastructure control unless expressly agreed in writing.
AppMinCMS modules are ready-made or custom app features that can be added to apps. Modules may be:
Paid modules are generally unlocked per account unless stated otherwise. Module availability may vary by plan, account, region, technical status, or platform version. We may add, remove, improve, replace, rename, or modify modules over time.
Users may request custom services through AppMinCMS, including:
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or delivery. We may review the request, ask for more details, provide a quote, request approval, and require payment or deposit before starting work. Custom service timelines are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Eligible plans may allow workspace owners to invite team members, staff, app owners, clients, or other users. You are responsible for:

AppMinCMS provides tools to generate app builds and related build/source files according to plan features and platform availability. Build tools may include:
App builds may depend on external platforms, SDKs, certificates, signing keys, app store rules, operating system requirements, third-party services, and technical compatibility.
Publishing to Google Play, Apple App Store, or other app stores may require your own developer accounts, app store fees, business verification, certificates, app review approval, privacy documentation, screenshots, metadata, and compliance with store policies.
AppMinCMS does not guarantee that any app will be accepted by Google Play, Apple App Store, or any third-party store. Done-for-you publishing support may be available as a paid service.
Apps built with AppMinCMS may use third-party services, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for third-party accounts, fees, API keys, usage limits, compliance, and service terms unless we expressly agree otherwise. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, account suspension, API changes, policy changes, rejection, or service limitations.
You are responsible for all content uploaded, created, entered, published, or distributed through AppMinCMS or your apps. This includes:
You must ensure you have the rights and permissions to use your content. You must not upload or distribute illegal, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or malicious content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, legal requirements, third-party policies, or platform safety standards.

Plans may include limits for the number of apps, storage, push notifications, build generation, module access, API usage, team members, client access, support usage, marketplace access, custom services, and bandwidth or infrastructure usage.
Usage must be reasonable and consistent with the selected plan. We may apply fair-use limits, charge additional fees, require an upgrade, restrict usage, or move high-usage customers to custom or Enterprise terms.
Support availability depends on your plan and any purchased support services. Support may include:
Support does not include unlimited custom development, unlimited publishing work, unlimited troubleshooting of third-party systems, or guaranteed app store approval unless expressly agreed in writing.
We aim to keep AppMinCMS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security patches, server issues, third-party failures, internet problems, force majeure events, emergency fixes, abuse prevention, or technical incidents.
We may update, improve, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform as needed.
Some AppMinCMS features may be released as beta, early access, preview, experimental, or limited availability features. Such features may change over time, contain bugs, have incomplete documentation, be limited to selected users, be removed or replaced, or not be suitable for production use until stable.
Use of beta or early access features is at your own risk.
AppMinCMS, including its platform, software, design, code, workflows, modules, templates, layouts, documentation, brand assets, architecture, and related materials, is owned by AppMinCMS, ZeltaCode Ltd, or its licensors.
You may use AppMinCMS only according to these Terms and your selected plan. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AppMinCMS, its source code, software, modules, platform architecture, or intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your own content, logos, business data, and app content, subject to the license needed for AppMinCMS to host, process, display, build, preview, and deliver your apps and services.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AppMinCMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform according to your selected plan.

Both parties agree to handle confidential information responsibly and not disclose it except as needed to provide services, comply with law, use approved service providers, or with written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring your app complies with all applicable app store, platform, legal, privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and industry rules. This may include:
AppMinCMS may provide guidance, but final responsibility for app content, store submission, legal compliance, and business use remains with you unless expressly agreed otherwise in a paid service agreement.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if:
You may cancel your subscription according to your billing settings or by contacting us where required. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.
We may improve, update, replace, remove, rename, or change features, modules, templates, layouts, services, integrations, UI, build tools, documentation, or pricing. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the website, account dashboard, email, or platform notice. Continued use of AppMinCMS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
AppMinCMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. We do not guarantee that:
