Once assigned, the system generates a unique 6-digit access code for each customer and sends it automatically by email. When admin assigns a document, the customer automatically receives an email containing the document title, description, expiry date, and their unique 6-digit access code — everything they need to open and sign the document in the app.
The access code is a unique one-time code generated per customer per document. Customers must enter it before the PDF and signature pad open — this verifies that the correct person is signing and prevents unauthorized access.
Yes — when uploading a document, select multiple customers at once. Each customer receives their own unique access code and their own signature field position on the document — independent of all other assigned customers.
Once the expiry date is reached, the document status changes to Expired and customers can no longer sign it from the app. Admin can still view the document, download any signed copies completed before expiry, and re-assign a new document with a new expiry date if re-signing is required.
The signed PDF is a copy of the original document with the customer's drawn signature embedded at the exact position set by admin — along with the customer's name and the date and time of signing. Both admin and customer can download this completed document.
