The admin panel gives you complete control over your package campaigns. Create Simple Coupon packages with a name, description, image, coupon count, regular and discounted pricing, expiry days, and payment methods — then add employee names and 4-digit PINs for secure in-store redemption. Create Service Booking packages linked to your Appointment Pro location, services, and optionally specific operators — customers use coupons to book real appointments directly inside the app and each booking automatically deducts one coupon. View all purchases in the Purchases tab — filter by type, status, and package name — and manually activate cash payments with one click. View full redemption and booking history per customer purchase.
Customers open the Packages module and see three tabs — Buy Package, Active Packages, and Pending Packages. The Buy Package tab shows all available bundles with cover images, coupon count, regular price crossed out, discounted price, and expiry info. Tap Buy, select a payment method, and complete the purchase — PayPal packages activate instantly while cash packages appear in Pending until confirmed by admin. Active packages show remaining coupons and a clear action button — Simple Coupon packages show a Redeem Coupon button where the employee enters a 4-digit PIN, while Service Booking packages show a Book Appointment button that opens the Appointment Pro booking flow pre-filtered to the right services and location.

Simple Coupon packages are for general businesses — coupons are redeemed in store when an employee enters a 4-digit PIN on the customer's phone. Service Booking packages are for appointment-based businesses — customers use coupons to book actual appointments through the Appointment Pro booking flow, and each confirmed booking automatically deducts one coupon.
When a customer selects Cash payment, the package is created with a Pending status and coupons are locked. The customer pays in person at the store. Admin then opens the Purchases tab, finds the pending record, and clicks Mark as Paid — the package activates immediately and the customer receives a push notification.
If the appointment is cancelled through Appointment Pro, the system automatically restores one coupon to the customer's package balance — so the coupon is not lost and the customer can rebook using the same package.
Yes — only employees whose 4-digit PIN is saved in the Employee PINs section can redeem coupons. Each PIN is unique and redemption attempts are limited by a configurable incorrect attempt lock to prevent unauthorized use.
Yes — the Appointment Pro module must be installed and configured with at least one active location, service, and operator before a Service Booking package can be created or activated.
