The admin panel gives you full control across four dedicated tabs. In Birthday Push, set your notification title, message, optional image, send time, and choose to send on the birthday or up to several days in advance. In Invitation Push, configure reminder notifications for users without a date of birth — set how many times to remind and how many days apart. In Recipients, view all users with a birthday on file and all users still missing their date of birth. In Settings, control whether users can modify their date of birth and toggle the entire system on or off.
On their birthday, users receive a personalized push notification with your custom title, message, and optional image — right on their device. Tapping the notification opens a dedicated birthday greeting screen inside the app. Users who have not yet added their date of birth receive a friendly invitation reminder encouraging them to complete their profile — once they do, they are automatically added to the birthday recipients list and will receive wishes on their next birthday.

The Invitation Push automatically sends them a reminder notification at your configured frequency and interval, encouraging them to add their date of birth.
This is controlled by the admin. If Modify D.O.B is disabled in Settings, the date of birth becomes read-only after the first save. If enabled, users can update it anytime from their profile.
The Recipients tab shows all users with a date of birth on file, their next scheduled notification date, and all users who are still missing their date of birth.
